Working Saturday
S and I enjoyed sleeping in and reading the paper in bed with our cappuccini today, but by about 11 a.m. we went to work. We made a black bean & yellow rice salad with cilantro and lime for lunch at work next week, a pinto and black bean salad with smokey chipotle vinaigrette, a broccoli, cheddar, and bacon quiche, fruit salad, and hot rocks for tomorrow's brunch. S is getting up to make the scones tomorrow and I will set up the bar. We made a mushroom and pea risotto tonight. It was excellent, but sorry, I forgot to take pictures.
