
Have I shown you this? We have made it before, but I don't think I have posted a picture. Since we make batches of pizza dough on a regular basis anyway, we sometimes mix it up a bit with a pissaladiere. This is a Provencal specialty made with pizza dough, caramelized onions seasoned with salt, pepper, and thyme, oil cured black olives, anchovies, and parsley. Very salty and crispy! Makes a great spring dinner outside on the balcony. S and I dined outside several times this weekend amidst the newly planted flowers and the clear spring skies. This is wonderful with a nice French Rose.
